AMC Motorsport offers first-time support for the Iveco Daily 2019+ (Bosch MD1CS069)
A new protocol available from today allows work on the latest Iveco Daily (2019+) generation, fitted with the Bosch MD1CS069 control unit.
This update covers two of the most widespread light commercial vehicle engines in Europe:
- 2.3 Multijet EU6
- 3.0 EU6

Flexible ECU access: OBD or bench
For the Bosch MD1CS069 ECU on the Iveco Daily 2019+, the software work can be done in two ways:
OBD (through the diagnostic port)
The optimisation is done directly on the vehicle, without removing the engine control unit.
Bench (directly on the ECU)
In some cases, the ECU can be read and written directly on the bench, through a pin connection, without opening it
This is an important advantage for customers who cannot travel to Brasov. The engine control unit can be removed and sent by courier, and the software optimisation can be done in our workshop, after which the ECU is returned for fitting to the vehicle.
For many commercial vehicles used in business activities, this solution is practical because:
- the vehicle does not need to be driven long distances
- the vehicle's downtime is reduced
- the work can be scheduled quickly

Software work on emissions control systems is strictly regulated by European legislation and is not legal for vehicles used on public roads.
